Shipping policy

All Tuff Leash orders are shipped from our Fredericksburg, Texas Leash Lab.  Once the order leaves our Lab, we cannot guarantee delivery via shipping couriers due to events that are out of our control.  Our shipping system will send you tracking information as soon as your order has been completed and processed.  

Shipping rates range from $5.00 to $25.00 depending on the service provider, speed of service and your location.  The "average" cost to ship an order is around $8 bucks. 

We look forward to building you a new chew proof dog leash and/or collar.

Remember...NOBODY can build dog leashes and collars like us.  Period.
